Services

Marine Maids & Mechanics provides houseboat-only cleaning, maintenance coordination, wellness checks, and concierge services on Lake Lanier. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Service descriptions and pricing are provided in good faith but may be updated or adjusted as needed.

Booking & Scheduling

  • All bookings are considered requests until confirmed by Marine Maids & Mechanics.

  • Service dates and times are scheduled based on availability, access, and weather conditions.

  • Accurate information (boat size, location, access details) must be provided at the time of booking to ensure proper service.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or additional charges.

Payment Terms

  • Pricing is based on service type, boat size, and scope of work.

  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or confirmation.

  • Additional services requested outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee at the discretion of Marine Maids & Mechanics.

  • Weather-related delays or rescheduling may occur to ensure safety and quality of service.

Access & Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the houseboat

  • Pets are secured if applicable

  • Personal items are stored appropriately prior to service

Marine Maids & Mechanics is not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to lack of access or unsafe conditions.

Limitation of Liability

While all services are performed with care and professionalism:

  • Marine Maids & Mechanics is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Use of Website

All website content, including text and images, is the property of Marine Maids & Mechanics and may not be copied or used without permission.

Use of this website does not create a service agreement unless a booking is confirmed.

Privacy
